Demuth's Vegetarian
When you've been making vegetarian food for nigh on 20 years you'd hope you would have picked up some skills along the way. The people at Demuth's certainly have. They started cooking meat-free dishes when Maggie was still bashing miners and haven't ever lost sight of their goal: to be the best cow-sparing restaurant in the South West. With an ever-changing menu that brings the most exciting vegetarian, organic, and vegan fare to your table they've probably succeeded. Just don't let them know complacency is no friend to progress.
