The Angel's Share

The Angel's Share, as any good Scotsman will tell you, is the part that evaporates (or is supped by the greedy booze hound angels) while a whisky is distilling in the cask. But if your stereotypical Scotsman were to come looking for his lost booze here then he's got another thing coming – och, he might drop his sporran in outrage at some of the prices that they are charging here. Then again, this is Chapel Allerton, or Little Chelsea to the locals, though you're probably less likely to run into Peaches Geldof than in that London.
