The National Media Museum

As one of the 'National' museums we have up and down this country this one has got to be the best. According to some cheery souls, our generation has been brought up on a diet of television and we now live unfulfilling virtual lives 'through' the Media. If so, then it's about time we made the most of it. Exhibitions of photography, television and film along with interactive activities and the famous IMAX cinema mean there's plenty to soak up. Oh, and did we mention that you'll see original Play School toys and a Jim'll Fix It badge in the Experience TV Gallery? We're sold.
