No, you're not going to find Prince Harry hiding in a bush, secretly toking on a crafty bifter here, but with a basement that doubles up as a cosy little gig and open mic venue, you might well find one of the exclusive secret shows this place occasionally puts on. The upstairs has the kind of dog-eared charm that'd associate the place more with the Royle Family than the Royal Family, or at least it would if it weren't for all the students milling round in here, killing time on the pool tables between lectures. Still, at least that mean's there's always some to challenge to a game if you're feeling competitive.
