Lahore Kebab House

Sounds like the sort of place you might frequent at 3am after reeling out of a dirty club. Ok, so the décor is a bit touch and go, but they've managed to win the hearts of East Londonites through their stomachs, not their eyes. The menu is a concise selection of signature dishes, but you won't find the usual staples of Anglo-Indian cuisine. The chefs take pride in cooking for flavour, not spice and the queue-out-the-door popularity of their Friday night Chop Night is the only advertisement they need.
