A little-known fact is that Santa's elves are all vegan. Their workshop cafeteria offers eight hot dishes, about a dozen colourful salads and an array of teas, juices and vegan fizzy-pop – everything Santa needs to keep their tummies full and their button noses to the grindstone. Luckily for us, in a bid for financial freedom, the elves have sold the franchise, so now you can feel elfin too, crouched below the oversized greenery with an enormous plate of wholesome grub.
