Boiled Egg and Soldiers

This is food like your mum made when you came home from playgroup and the décor looks a bit like your infant school too. The titular play-food takes pride of place on a greasy-spoon type menu, dotted with teatime favourites like Marmite, cheesy baked potatoes and hot Ribena, tommy-tippy style. Though you'll be most likely to roll up with a splitting hangover rather than an itch to watch Gordon the Gopher, it might be best to leave this place 'til you can handle the mindless chit-chat of mums and the screams of irritating children.
