Just off the chaos of Charlotte Street there's an immaculately clean oasis they call Fino. Stumbling in laden with bags made us stand out from the suited and booted brigade that congregates here for a weekday lunch. Such finery extends to the painfully priced yet still delicious tapas. And with such elegant style and gracious staff, Fino really shines. We'll just remember to tie our scruffy shoelaces before we descend those ferociously polished stairs next time.
