Gorilla Kingdom at London Zoo

With more bodily fuzz than Jeremy Beadle, these miniature King-Kongs are worth the extortionate entrance fee. Thanks to a recent changing rooms-esque makeover (minus the MDF and big-cuffed the flouncy fella) their open-plan, feng shui jungle island now mimics their natural habitat, with enough room to swing a tiger. As part of the zoo's ongoing efforts to 'bring down the bars' it's clear that the emphasis is on education rather than entertainment.
