Hummus Bros – Holborn Branch
So, who did put the 'mmmm' in hummus? The answer is, of course, the Hummus Brothers, who've been dishing up their own special recipe since their hard-up student days, when they hardly had two chickpeas to rub together. Now providing hummus to the impoverished masses, the selfless Bros also donate any leftovers to charity. Healthy and virtuous lunches on a shoestring - what more could you possibly want?
