From the queues outside on a weekend, it doesn't take a PhD to see that this is the mother of all bars, let alone gay bars, in London. Ideally located between the tube and a host of fast food restaurants, it's easy to get to, and if you don't get your fill inside, at least you can get it on the way out. With a lesbian bar downstairs that they call 'Girls Go Down', it's one for some crazy photo opportunities, and you'd be surprised at the number of straight mates we've got who love the vibe.
