Chatkhara
The late-night revellers come from far and wide to eat at Chatkhara, and it's all down to one very important thing - the chicken tikka roll. First they'll slap a lump of freshly-kneaded dough into a tandoori oven to make a naan bread, then they'll cook some juicy lumps of spicy chicken and then, after asking if you want chilli sauce four times, the whole lot will be combined in a glorious tube of salad, bread and meat. Go, seek it out, and you will not be disappointed.
