It might be very much a local's pub, but that don't mean that there's something of the Royston Vasey about it. The difference between this little Kentish Town backstreet gem and most boozers is that you'll be treated like a local, even if you aren't. Squish up and make friends over a pint, or order some hearty British food and heckle people to play a tune on the old piano. Or turn up on a Monday and take part in the legendary pub quiz - one of the best in London. You don't get many pubs like this any more. Added bonus: we love the old coal fire. Mmmm, cosy.
