Even on a dismal rainy weekday this cheap canteen was full of punters – mainly young Indian men. They've made a bit of an effort with the interior: yellow chairs, wooden tables and bizarre peach walls but the décor isn't really important. This is the kind of place where you eat and run. Food is good — there's a veggie Indian buffet for £3.99 for you to show of your pie–eating skills.
