Duke of Wellington, The

With its wooden floors and tasteful interior, the Wellington is a good spot for an after-work meet. It's civilized and friendly – the kind of place where gay men arrange to meet their girlie fan clubs. And I know it's unheard of in the dimly-lit underworld that we gays inhabit but The Welly has three unique boasts – it's clean, it's light and it's airy, and the large windows make it a good spot for watching the Soho world go by.
