Golden Heart

Bloody fantastic. The Golden Heart may have made it onto the radar of London's cool-stalkers but the regulars don't seem to have noticed. Inside you'll find old boys clinking glasses with Japanese fashion students and a jukebox playing Frank Sinatra. Landlady Sandra is a fan of the ad hoc tap dance and knows how to sort the wheat from the chaff. Potential trouble is danced out the door with a nod from the glass collector on exit. Not that this is the kind of place where people cause a fuss – it's more lazy Sundays and drunken skivers territory. A fine boozer that'll never lose its old-school feel.
