Light Bar

Go here when you've got the cash and time to experience one of London's hippest bars-without-a-bar. The Light Bar has a younger crowd than the Long Bar but is just as swanky. Designed by – the seemingly ubiquitous – Phillipe Starck, light is what it's all about. The otherwise distracting bar is screened off so as not to upset the minimalist thang and the ceiling is lit in pure colour. Table service ensures that punters here only to giggle at the modern design are left at the door. If it's your thing you can't go wrong. If you can afford it we hate you.
