We know Turks who have tearfully denied the fabulousness of their own mother's cooking after a meal out here. For a taste of what they're blubbing about get your arse down here and tuck in. The food is fabulous - meze, aubergine, falafel, kebabs with class, the works. If you don't like it there is a dejected Turkish mother somewhere in Istanbul waiting for a new mouth to feed. Amazing.
