This place is something of a Covent G legend. If you're after intense flavours and a spot of passion - down, boy - then head down to Mela. This bright'n'breezy restaurant is a tad pricey, and it's a bit too popular with office types nipping down for one of their lunch deals for Itchy's liking. Still, the service is slick and it's well located for a pre cinema/Soho bar crawl. The charmers behind the bar even gave Itchy bracelets on the way out. Passion? Food? Jewellery? Sheesh, Itchy's nearly walking up the aisle.
