A rabbit warren of a department store - even when you do manage to get out, you find you're in a completely different part of London to where you were when you went in. Best for casual wandering rather than trying to locate something specific we reckon. There's plenty of character though, Liberty prints are firmly back in style and the beauty section is gorgeous.
