The ideal stop off on a night out/shopping trip/lunch break from the job of doom, Wagamama will see you right in seconds. Service is quick, the fantastic Japanese noodle and rice dishes feel healthy but taste damned good and the vibe is decidedly upbeat. You can't book a table but don't be put off by a queue –this is merely testament to the all round fabulousness of the place and it will – honestly – go down quicker than you think. Try the edamame – surprisingly moreish soya beans – and ramen dishes.
