Mash

They say you get what you pay for, and they're not wrong. Eating at Mash isn't exactly cheap, but those with expensive tastes won't be disappointed if they sit down to dinner here. The food is an uncomplicated blend of international dishes made with well-sourced local ingredients; the chef clearly knows what he's doing. The service is subtle, but in firm control of a seasonal menu and considered wine list. Sci-fi fans will feel at home as well: the restaurant looks like a cross between a space station and a laboratory, mainly due to the fact that the huge vats at the far end are actually a micro-brewery; perfect if you prefer a beer with your steak. Music is provided by DJs in the bar downstairs, which, if you like it loud, is the perfect place to get mashed with an after-dinner cocktail or three.
