Right in the centre of the piazza, beneath the covered market, Fuel is a maze of alcoves and tiny spaces. Cosy early evening for a bit of romance and reckless champagne buying. Tends to fill up later on with suits and marketing girls on the pull. Great cocktails, an upbeat atmosphere, late licence and a door policy that will let all but the rudest, most badly dressed specimens in.
