Tai Tai Teahouse

Legend has it that Emperor Hui Tsun insisted that tea leaves should be picked by young virgins with gold scissors. The Tai Tai Teahouse doesn't place such stringent requirements on its suppliers. That said, they do serve an impressive range of teas in a tranquil atmosphere. This is the only Oriental teahouse in the country, and the owner, Niki, will even perform tea ceremonies if you book in advance. If you're feeling hungry afterwards you can choose from the vast menu. You can have whatever you like – as long as it's noodles.
