Hole in the Wall This is one of Bath's most elegant eateries. The food is brilliant, with a menu that strikes a rare balance between gourmet and the recently popularised 'proper food' craze. We'd better warn you though – this isn't a place for those on a tight budget. Their name must relate to the cash point you won't be able to visit for a fortnight afterwards and might equally be replaced with 'Hole in Your Stomach Through Which The Kidney You Sold To Eat Here Was Removed'. Real nice though.
